The Box Office is open 10am to 4pm | Monday to Friday for all your ticketing queries and purchases. It is also open 1 hour prior to all ticketed performances. It is important to note that we have a NO REFUND / NO EXCHANGE policy. Please refer to our Ticketing Policy(PDF, 166KB) for full details.
How to buy tickets -
- You can buy your tickets online 24/7
- by phone 03 5722 8105 or in person at the Box Office (10am-4pm | Mon-Fri)
- The Box Office is also open one hour prior to all ticketed performances.
Box Office Collection
If you selected Box Office Collection during your purchase, your tickets will be ready for collection from the next business day.
When collecting your tickets from the Box Office, please present your ID on collection. If you wish for someone else to collect tickets on your behalf, please notify the Box Office to arrange.
If purchasing with a Concession Card, please carry this on you at the time of event, as you may be asked to present it at the door.
The venue reserves the right to refuse entry if you cannot produce the relevant concession card.
Companion Card Holders
Companion Card holders are not transferable. These tickets need to be purchased direct through the Box Office.

Buying your Tickets Safely
Wangaratta Performing Arts & Convention Centre is the only authorised ticket seller for performances at our venue, please only buy from us. If you do purchase tickets through any unauthorised resellers such as Viagogo, Ticketmaster Resale, eBay, Gumtree, etc there is no guarantee of legitimacy of these tickets therefore you may be refused entry.
