What each status means to you
Postponed - Please sit tight, we are working closely with the promoter or hirer to see if we can reschedule the performance, we will be back in touch as soon as we have some news. (Refunds are not possible at this time until the show is rescheduled).
Rescheduled - ticket holders will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date (same seats) and an email will be sent to all ticket holders confirming your options. If the new date does not suit we will provide a full refund (please check the refund timeframe set out in the email). We ask that you keep an eye on our website and your emails (including junk/spam folders).
Cancelled - All ticket holders will be provided with a full refund via the method you paid for your tickets as outlined in email sent to ticket holders.
COVID Update for WPACC
- Customers are no longer required to QR code at our venue.
- Facemasks are not required however we encourage you to wear one if you feel more comfortable.
- We are back to 100% capacity at the venue.
If you are experiencing cold or flu like symptoms or have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 you should stay home and get tested. You will be eligible for a refund up until 1 hour prior to the start time of the show on the day of the performance.
