Wangaratta Festival of Dance Mini Comp

Held annually each year the Wangaratta Festival of Dance celebrates young dancers from across the region and beyond as they take centre stage to perform and compete in the Mini Comp held annually to compliment the full festival held in May each year.

Hundreds of competitors enjoy performing different genres of dance styles including classical ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary hip hop, musical theatre, demi character and improvisation.

Soloists and troupes perform their routines in front of respected industry adjudicators who provide feedback on dancers choreography, skill, presentation, musicality and costuming.

Entry to the auditorium to watch the performances is free to family, friends and the community
