Marcia Hines brings the music of Donna Summer to the stage in a celebration of one of the most influential voices in pop and disco.

Featuring Carmen Smith and the Hot City Bump Band, the show brings together two powerhouse vocalists and a dynamic live band led by musical director Joe Accaria. Together, they will perform the unforgettable disco anthems and chart-topping hits made famous by the undisputed Queen of Disco, Donna Summer.

Marcia Hines and Donna Summer share a remarkable musical connection. Both were born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, both discovered their voices through their local gospel churches, and both began important chapters of their careers in productions of the groundbreaking musical Hair — Donna in Germany in 1968 and Marcia in Australia in 1970.

Donna Summer went on to become a global music icon, earning 18 Grammy Award nominations, 16 number-one songs on the Billboard Singles Chart and 15 US Top Ten albums. Her groundbreaking collaborations with producer Giorgio Moroder helped reshape modern pop and dance music.
