COVID Update & Impacted Shows

Changes to Programming

Due to ongoing COVID restrictions, many shows that were scheduled to perform in 2021 have had to be postponed, rescheduled and some cancelled.  We understand and appreciate how disappointing this can be and we ask customers to be patient with our staff as we continue to work through these changes. Please see below an update on any shows impacted by COVID restrictions and what each status means to you.

How to be COVID Safe in our Venue

Please take the time to read the information below to stay informed on what is expected at our venue.

Please follow the government advice:

  • Download the Service Victoria app and check in via QR code upon arrival
  • Face mask must be worn
  • Wash or sanitise your hands regularly
  • Keep a physical distance of 1.5m from others
  • There will be allocated seating and fewer patrons in the audience. Patrons are required to sit in the seats they've been assigned.

Please make sure you arrive at the theatre with ample time to find your seats. Our auditorium may open earlier for performances to make sure you have time to make your way through the building safely. Both entry and exit from the auditorium may be staggered to reduce congestion at entrances. Our staff will inform you of details if this is the case.

We have placed hand sanitiser stations throughout the venue and encourage patrons to use them regularly. Our team is also cleaning the venue before, during and after events and performances.

Contact details will be taken at the time of booking. When entering the venue, you will be required to scan and fill out the QR code through the Services Victoria app - available on the App Store and Google Play. We recommend downloading this prior to your visit.

If you are experiencing cold or flu like symptoms or have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 you should stay home and get tested. You will be eligible for a refund up until 4pm on the day of the performance. If you need to make contact with the Box Office, this can be done by calling 03 5722 8105 or emailing

We thank you very much for taking the time to familiarise yourself with how best to make your theatre experience safe.

We look forward to seeing you back at WPACC soon
